Way to go Reggie! The narrowness of the monopolized market is just one of the idiotic pronouncements made by this judge. His divining of what he estiamtes is a fair market price is another. Perhaps he should be given oversight of the NYSE. Of course the consumer was further harmed because developers were thwarted by MSFT market dominance in bringing forth yet to be imagined new products. Maybe there would be a cure for cancer idf it were not for MSFT's dominance- who knows? Be careful of asking Jacksonites to show me where- they'll pull the evidence out of a hat.

Worse yet this judge draws conclusions and tries to slide them by the Appeals Court as FACTs. This whole thing has been a travesty and should be seen as an embarassment to our system of juris prudence. The manipulation of the DOJ and the court system for the selfish gain of MSFT's competitors makes one want to wretch. The dismissal of consumers attitudes by Iowa's AG is typical of who is being protected here and it is not the consumer. JFD
