A big deal: "iBasis and Bell Atlantic Announce Internet Telephony Agreement" from Bloomberg

Explains today's early move, but not the retreat...where the heck is everyone? On a relative value basis, IBAS is far cheaper than ITXC and NTOP. Perhaps tomorrow's DDDC will light up the sector a bit?
