GW: The FCC isn't going to get anyone to move any faster than they are at present. All the CLEC's are going for the same market that the telcos want-high density markets. Those who live in low density suburbs can wait. Your best bet will be cable. This is all economics. Number of phones passed by the line. Fastest amortization of new equipment over the number of phones served.JFD
