I spoke with your parents about that. They sincerely regret that bit of surgery they had done on you. In retrospect they view it as a complete failure. Their hope that you would be accepted into the more bipedal society was never realized and the resultant falls were a real problem. As your father put it: "That boy never did realize the thing was gone, didn't seem to matter how many times he landed on his head."
