i hope all you folks that are unhappy with etrade's IPO policies are emailing and calling them like I am.. no excuse for a platinum acct to have to go more than 10 IPO without getting something.. surely they can make it so that it rotates folks so that after a given number of IPO attempts.. it stands to reason that a person will get an IPO.. by having a totally RANDOM generator.. some of us may go 100 tries without getting anything while others may get 100 of 100 jim
