Hi, I think you'll find that if you stick it out for a year you' ll come out ahead of the overall market averages. I'm finding more and more that people read of a workable plan that is successful in investing and start tweaking it before it has a chance to do its thing. I've been using the Dow theory for almost 3 years. I more than doubled my money with Merck in 95. +40% with the Foolish 4 in 1996. I can't imagine 1997 being bad enough to come out a loser. bernie
