Pask,

I have to assume you are a very noive investor. It's is so obvious to me that the final outcome will be GSIC cancel all current shares (common and other types) and replace them with "new" GSIC shares before they get out of pink sheet. They can do this either by file chapter 11 or do a reverse 10000 to 1 split. I hope my guess will be wrong. Let's wait and see.
