I just received the Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. A couple of points of interest follow.

On page 7, under "Interest of Insiders in Material Transactions", it states, "Sprint Canada Inc., an affiliate of 826908 Alberta Ltd., is currently negotiating the terms of a contract for the provision of wholesale network services to the Corporation."

Would this provide the ability to go national in short order? Offering local points of access to a bunch of central servers would be a corner cutting but effective way to become national.

On page 9, under "Approval of New Stock Option Plan", it states, "One of the requirements under the procedures and policies of The Toronto Stock Exchange is that the maximum number of common shares reserved for issuance under a stock option plan must be approved by the shareholders. The Corporation is thus proposing to have the shareholders approve a new stock option plan which sets out the maximum number of shares reserved for issuance."

Is this the only requirement which has not been met in order to list on TSE? If it is, can we count on a listing shortly after the Dec. 14 AGM? or in early January?

Long and waiting patiently,
