looks like a very worthwhile program, doesn't it? and it was being preloaded on new dell machines up until recently. i was told today that they'd stopped and didn't have a chance to update their reference guides. heck, they could do that with a single sheet of paper inserted in the manual. i'm kicking up a little dust with them to see what i can shake lose. it's bad business to have it in the manual and not give it to the customer.
