Mohan: i couldnt quite tell from the article. Do you think "Cebein " is owned by IPEC or totally independant. If IPEC owns it, then obviously IPEC wud be a good investment for the future. If totally independant then Chitre will a good investment but I dont know how to invest in him <vbg>
