I think it's a speculative buy. It's a cyclical company and I think that it will trade higher eventually. However, it wasn't my "biggest" pick last year. I think the honors would have to go to AMAT (recommended in the low 20's and now over 100), NVLS (recommended in the mid 20's and now in the 80s) and BT (recommended at 50 and bought out at over 90).

In the intermediate term, I think you will do better shorting the Valence stock fraud than going long CPU.
