Dear Explosive Pick Members,

Things did not go as planned with our pick AVCC due to a
combination of factors. The first being that hackers gained access to our
website over the weekend and it was not until after the pick was released
that we were aware of this breach of security.We were blocked into getting
into our system and releasing at 3pm which took us 5 minutes to access in
another way when we released at 3:05. The second factor was that we
believe those individuals that gained access to our site were selling alot
of shares short in the 2 3/8 and 2 1/2 area after initially going long on
the stock early this morning. With the volume that we had today and with
a float of 500K this stock should have easily reached the $4 mark. If you
are to look at an intraday chart of AVCC from the hours between 9:30 and
10:00 EST volume of only 11,900 shares drove up the price of the stock
from a close of 1 1/2 to 3. If 11,900 shares drove the price up 100%
just imagine what 288,000 shares traded should have done to the price of
the stock. Those of you who have access to Level II can verify that once
we released our pick INCA (instinet) was selling an unlimited amount of
shares at the 2 3/8- 2 1/2 area. These shares that were being sold we
believe were being sold short by those who hacked into our website. Due
to this problem we will not be releasing another pick until approximately
the middle of December. During this time we will be updating and making
our site more secure so we can eliminate problems like these in the
future. We are still rating AVCC a strong buy and we hope to see new highs
very soon. For all the canadian traders who arn't allowing the price to
rise and shorting quickly will all be removed from our list.This is
