Things are in motion on the 256K feed.

Our QFeed developer's kit API provides access to a LevelIISet object that lets you create display, but it is pretty much what you see when you look at the one in QCharts. Our server digests the raw feed and presents it in a way that most people want to see it. There is no access to the raw feed with the API and there are a few key update messages missing from the API that make it hard to pick the existing display apart an reconstruct it into what would be a raw feed.

The problem isn't in our LevelII display object itself - in the case of options the quotes get stale because our feed is dropping update messages that would update some of the bids. What makes it look bad is the stale quotes. This is something we hope the bigger feed will correct.
