Saw a ton of volume today so I decided to check it out... Looks like someone is hitting the folks at yess with a lawsuit. I didnt have the time to post it here but all you need to do is go to nasdaq.com and pull it up there. In short its saying the company made outrages claims to inflate the stock price. I would actually like to be a part of that but unfortunately I cant afford an attorney thanks to Yess.. Oh well- Im a poor sport, but at least im not the only one..

It DOES look like an attractive buy- but if I burn myself a third time ill end up jumping off a bridge.
