I am a clown. I jive a lot. I often play the devil's advocate. I am sometimes just plain crazy. You may take your choice.
Everyone has their good and their bad days. Every day is good to me, at my age, when I awaken still breathing. However, yesterday was one of my really bad days. Chalk it up to old age and fast living!
My humble apologies to you and I am aware that you have done nothing to provoke my "volcanic" eruption toward you, on yesterday. You are a fine young person and I have a lot of respect for you. I have nothing personal, or otherwise, against you.
AOXY is a fine company. As penny stocks go it is right up at the top of my pick in penny stocks. I firmly believe that it has a lot of potential. I do own a few shares and I plan to buy some more, if the price is right.
On the flip side, the Reg S, 24,000,000+, Off-Shore unregistered AOXY shares, are of just a little concern, (not a major concern), to me. As we all know, it is not a complicated thing or matter to register shares of this type stock with the SEC, so long as the company's act is straight, and I believe it is. It should not be a problem to register these 24 M, if they should decide to do so in the future. I am not saying they will do so. I'm just saying that there is a remote possibility that it may be done sometime in the future.
Due Diligence has stated that the CEO has explained this item satisfactorily, and I respect Due Diligence's word and I accept it at face value. No problem, I have nothing but the utmost respect for this person.
All low-priced penny stocks run a high degree of risk. It is not unusual for start-up pennies to raise money through Reg S financing. Usually, they use it as a last resort. Reg S financing can hurt a company and its shareholders, in causing dilution. At the same time it helps a company raise badly needed funds that they could not get anywhere else. This is, to date, not a factor in AOXY's case.
Have a great trading day. Good Luck!
