Brad I have a question for you since you seem to know quite
a bit about these things. If one of the MM's was short the
stock and they happened to switch sides and say go long
right before news (I am not saying that this
is happening I just want to know) would this be enough to
bring attention from regulatory agencies or not.
Or would said MM just cover his short position but not
go long in case that they knew something was up. I just
want to know what is common practice in these kind of situations.
It would seem to me that if the prize of the
stock in recent days were due to a short position then
it would be strange to see that same money go long. Again
I am not making accusations of any kind I just want to
know in general what happens when a short position gets
wind of news so I know what to expect in the stock movement.>>

Sucker!
