Andrew Busey, Founder of Acuity and living.com, Joins Quintus' Board of Directors
FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 1999--Quintus Corporation (NASDAQ:QNTS), provider of contact center solutions for e-customer relationship management (eCRM), today announced the appointment of Andrew Busey, founder of Acuity Corp. and co-founder of living.com, to the Quintus Board of Directors. Mr. Busey joined the Quintus Board on November 10, 1999, upon the closing of Quintus' acquisition of Acuity Corp.

Additionally, he developed product strategy for all company products and was integral in developing major strategic relationships with Yahoo!, Netscape, Lotus and others.

Busey is the co-founder, chairman and chief web officer of living.com, an online provider of home products, including furniture, accessories and linens. Launched in July 1999, living.com brings together a broad spectrum of products and personalized services to allow consumers to create their own unique home environment. Busey is the author of Secrets of the MUD Wizards, and editor and co-author of New Riders' World Wide Web Yellow Pages.
