Yes, shares were distributed to FON holders. There are a few differences between a tracking stock and a spinoff, mainly relating to events surrounding a takeover. I saw a really good article outlining these in detail. I'll see if I can dig it up. For the proposed WCOM deal, I think we are getting the best of both worlds; a premium of WCOM stock for the deal and still retaining a tracking stock consisting of ONLY our existing PCS businesses.
