Common Sense, Common Stocks (written by Ed Welles) came out with a recommendation on a company called Diametrics Medical (OMED) in August, 1995. The company "developes, manufactures, and markets a proprietary blood chemistry testing system that provides immediate diagnostic results at the point-of-patient care." It states that it is a developmental stage company. It has a "razor blade feature in the form of its disposable test cartridges. Sales of the cartridge have grown at a compound annual rate of 70%." The article mentions only 1 competitor, i-STAT Corp. I subscribe to Common Sense,Common Stocks but have no financial interest. It has a web site at www.csstocks.com. Dan Jones
