Larry, Question number two is easy. The lawsuit, the negative press make it very difficult for any US investment firm. Remember, people who invest for others can get into lawsuits as well. This was the entire objective of the persons like Asensio and the mob (ask the FBI not me about this). This is a nice little world which can have its own self fulling prophecies and thus bake a bundle. No one knows where SOLV will end up. Thus, for a manager of consortium money in the US -- this is way too much danger. However, when the eveidence of positive revenue potential appears, reasonable lines of credit will appear. Will solv get there? We will have to watch and see. Steve
