Another point to consider is the effect of the mo-mo guys and the e-mo guys. The last week's advance could easily be 50% mo-mo + e-mo ... and be given up as the mo-mo guys move on and the e-mo guys don't immediately see another PO.

I'm assuming that the demand is mostly retail ... i.e., that the ratio of small (perhaps less strategic) buys to large sells is itself large.

All of which I don't care about, since I expect $20+ in Y2000 moving upward as far as perhaps $100 in Y2003.

I'll just keep my eye on the company's technical, marketing, and fiscal performance and let the chips fall where they may.
