Flats, that was actually the guy...not Richard Cripps. they just look similar. he said that the expansion in new lows, the renewed downturn in the a/d line made for a weak technical backdrop to the latest rally. since everybody else seems to be looking up (among the strategists) it was actually refreshing to hear a dissenter for a change... regards, hb
