Here's another for the list. Already a "golden List" qualifier.
Spoke to both PNEC Chairman,Wallace Giakas and CEO, John Arnone, last week.
Have been familiar with this company for a while. It's near it's low and has traded as
high as $7.25 in the past. One time it broke over $10. PNEC is fully reporting with
revenues in the $40,000,000 range. The float is under 3 mil. and total outstanding
about 12 mil. Per PNEC's last release, the new business to business Web site is
scheduled to be launched the within the first two weeks of December. The
Financials are to be filed November,30 and should be positive. They are in the
process of looking for acquisitions. Watched the trading all last week to see if
covering was occurring and/or buying at the bid. Many trades going off at the bid,
but no retraction at $1.50 level for days, now. There is an PNEC thread on SI which
has been very quiet. With fully Reporting status, financials coming, Web launch,
near the floor,and quiet on the internut threads, PNEC may be
one to watch in the coming days and weeks.FWIW
