Agree, I tried to buy options on the offer 2x yesterday as the stock sat there like a lump on a log and each time the PHX specialist simply sold 10 and moved his market. No wonder PhillyExch is headed for the trashbin of stock exchange history.

I have a call in to the company to discuss the report... so far no contact.
