I just got some input from the "..Boss,," which is part of a press release and/or common/public knowledge TTBOMU (..if you know where to look). eConnect's online ATM-card (from-your-PC) based ePIN electronic cash payment (..and brokerage account instant funding..) system is being considered as one of the business models regarding the development of new Federal standards for such transactions. Might be worth a websearch, a check of the ECNC thread, and some personal DD. John :-)
