This is wrong and proved by the evidence Microsoft provided But how do you deal with the issue that Microsoft withheld licensing the newer version of Windows to IBM until it was too late for IBM to have units ready for the back to college crowd, all because IBM insisted on its right to sell its Lotus 1-2-3 and accompanying software? Microsoft provided evidence that the negotiating hold up was due to IBM owing 10's of millions if dollars in payments for previous versions they licensed & sold but didn't pay for.

From my own reading of the FOF this is the weirdest thing. Jackson say Microsoft has a monopoly in Operating Systems for Intel based PC's and this deal with Office and Internet Explorer on the Mac! This only plays to the Microsoft was working hard to get IE everywhere but seems to have no relevance on the case.
