Hi N,

This is what I found in 8K (11/12/99). According to this filing, they
didn't call Willow system an operating company. BTW, what is the definition of non-operating company?

I am pretty familiar with transmission system and know that it needs lots of capital to build a workable wirelss laser system. Thus, Laser wireless is highly suspectable.

In 8K,

NextPath has six wholly-owned subsidiaries of which one is
operating. The five non-operating subsidiaries have been created by
NextPath to merge with acquisition companies. Laser Wireless, Inc.,
discussed below, is the operating subsidiary.

SUBSIDIARIES OF NEXTPATH TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
(AS OF NOVEMBER 11, 1999)

NAME DATE FORMED STATE OF INCORPORATION

Willow Systems, Inc. 10/12/99 Delaware

Sagebrush Technology, Inc. 10/12/99 Delaware

Laser Wireless, Inc. 10/12/99 Delaware

Laser Wireless, Inc. 3/2/98 Pennsylvania

Global Certified Mail, Inc. 10/14/99 Delaware

PriMedium, Inc. 10/14/99 Delaware

Best regards,

CJ
