don't think Keith's having a hard time understanding the action, I think he's just citing a reason why the action's irrational based on available info that a lot of people just haven't realized yet -

One rational explanation for this sustained selling pressure is that a private placement/financing has been agreed to and will be done at a lower price. As soon as everyone gets their boots filled, the stock will then move DOWN to the financing price. How low and where that is, is anyone's guess.
