Sofa Kingdom, is assessing NN have you ever considered LMDS and 3 dSL. I am not talking about 50 gig and 450 gig which are coming for trials ( 50 gig as we speak). Where value of these switches(positive or negative) will be known soon. LMDS is real and is on rise(somthing ASND/LU can't provide on its ATM platform ). Also 3dSL, which in addition to fast internet can provide TV, voice and video over regular copper wire is hot. Kindsom Communication will spend 150 millions pounds to upgrade its phone wire. SBC is taking 3dSL for Pronto project, Bel Canada is evaluating it now, and NN will announce another major US telco for 3dSL this quarter. Both 3dSL and LMDS are access technology which produce several times higher revenue then core. Old TDM is 25% and with LMDS and 3dSL on rise will soon account on marginal % of revenue. This is what potential owner on NN can do with NN (assuming that NN will not be able to execute on its own). Obviously any potential buyer will have to sign up nondisclosure agreement before will see what really NN has and won. Zbyslaw
