About time they did something. Personally, I would like to see a dividend ( a 5 cent dividend would be equal to 3 % and be the same as if they purchased the 3 million shares), but I am sure that they are only planing in keeping the price over the $ 1.75 mark (so they don't get hit with the loan interest on one of the loans). Cheers
