From 1996, Mr. Ingraham successively built and managed Phoenix Fiberlink's Internet operations, Brooks Fiber's national Internet operations and Worldcom's Internet MAE operations. In late 1994, Mr. Ingraham was founder and president of ProMedia, a regional Internet Service Provider that was sold in 1996. Prior to 1994, he was consultant to various companies in the Silicon Valley including IBM, Hewlett-Packard and Litton Industries.
