Yes, UPUltra, UP now is listed on the TSE but for a long time was on VSE. The same crew that launched it on the VSE still hold the lion's share of shares and apparently control the major direction of the co.

Don't have to replace the directors who resign if the no. of directors is reduced from 7 to 3. Then, only 2 will constitute a legal majority--and they can operate just like Jarvis and Hislop did at Arrowhead.
