BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 1999--EduLink
Inc.'s (OTC BB:MYIQ) President, Dr. Ronald C. Rescigno, Tuesday
announced that EduLink has completed a reverse merger with a Nasdaq
publicly traded company, URREA Enterprises Inc., a Nevada corporation.
"Consummation of the merger marks a new phase in the execution of
our corporate strategy," stated Rescigno. "We are boldly moving into
an explosive growth market with our comprehensive Internet educational
service programs."
EduLink Inc. is creating a service called the EduLink Global
Smart Schoolhouse to be delivered over the Internet for use by
students, parents, teachers and school administrators.
Once completed, the service will deliver to schools and homes via
the Internet, a nationally recognized 4th-12th grade curriculum with
appropriate instructional strategies and student assessment services,
as well as a comprehensive school information management and
communication system with individualized standards.
