David, I don't know the story behind SYCR and I will attempt to find out. Please keep in mind that many people start businesses that fail and then move on and succeed in their next venture. The fact that you lost money with the previous company run by "Mr. P" does not automatically mean that his new venture is a scam. Thank you for bring up the SYCR issue. One should not invest with too much emotion but should attempt to use all the facts in determining whether or not to put money into an issue. Best of luck, Michael
