I'm not an expert on securities laws, but from working with publicly traded companies, I can tell you that no material information can be disclosed between the end of a quarter and the day earnings are announced. Usually, any preannouncement occurs just before the quarter closes or just after. The quarter being reported ended in October. The stock has run up since then. You may begin drawing your conclusions :-) Laz
