Tom, I asked the company today why they are using stock. Their answer: it's a "pooling of interests" transaction to avoid a tax event for the other company's shareholders. In other words, helpful to them, harmful to us (at least in the near term). Coupled with the earnings news I hope we are not in for one of the recent vintage of mega-punish- ments at the open tomorrow... Good luck, Chris
