Mike, I wouldn't recommend to long Ancor.

BRCD price is insane but they are the only game
in town when it comes to Fibre Channel switches.
Silly me, I could have joined that company prior
to the IPO but I never expected them to go above
50.

A nice pair trade would be long CRDS short BRCD.
CRDS (Cross Roads) are selling FC to SCSI convertors
that they call "routers" in order to hype their
networking connection. I used to work in the storage
industry for 12 years and I can tell you that both
BRCD and CRDS are in storage, not networking!
The thing is that BRCD and CRDS are partners and
CRDS will sell at least as much equipment as BRCD
since all the existing storage devices are SCSI and
you have to have a way to connect them to Fibre Channel.
CRDS doesn't have any real competition.

The only problem is that CRDS is a recent IPO so
you may not be able to short it.
