The committee will vote on Dec 13 and the FDA has until Dec 23 to send out a letter. Best letter would be an approvable one, which is what was received for Panretin gel almost exactly one year earlier.

After letter is received, then final labeling, manufacturing, and related documents have to be in place before final approval, which is then followed by launch.

As I recall, Panretin was launched in Feb/March timeframe earlier this year, and I would expect a similar timeline for Targretin if all goes well.
