WM, As much as the price has declined, the company is in the middle of a MAJOR reorganization. If you want to go after PAST management, then maybe it's worth your while. BUT, IMHO, it is VERY PREMATURE to be talking lawsuit. Let the process play out. I might change my mind in a couple or three months, but for now I COULDN'T DISAGREE MORE. later, leroyt
