What really infuriates me is that this stupid management could have
sold the company for a great price a year ago to some other software
company with a highly-valued stock. Even now, someone with a good
distribution system could buy the company at a decent price, get rid
of mgmt and all of their distribution costs, and have a very good buy
at a premium to the current valuation of less than 1 x sales (of $33
million.)

(Thank God this is not a one product company, or sales would have been
down.)
