How do the numbers change (theoretically) when you
go to RADSL CAP? Also, in general how 'non-ideal' are
more CAP systems? Finally, is there any way to relate
S/N at a particular frequency to increased reach? Finally,
Finally, is there any way to relate S/N at a particular reach
to differential thooughput. It seems to me that some bright
EE could put these numbers together easily. Reach and
speed are the important bottom-line numbers here.
