levy, if this had happened a year ago while i still held shares of xpmex i'd know more about it and would probly be complaining if i weren't on the A List. Here's some historicals onit which might interest you - first there was xpmex who did some business periodical publishing and also ran tradeshows for the hardware, engineering etc. industry. Then xpmex bought that xinternet.comx (which before that was privately held), took their tradeshows & expanded into the internet arena... but xpmex made a deal with the guy that sold it to them (not xharmonx, i forget his name now) that he could keep a big part of the xinternet.comx online .... xpmex was still in it too last i heard.... and then the former owner made that into xintmx - seem to recall that some of that ipo came in from other sources too. (xintmx has done better share price-wise than the xpmex, yet xpmex is real $OLID. Never been much pr on that one. Goes to show ya that earnings & dividends aren't everything). Anyway, where or if xharmonx figures in all this i don't know, i haven't been paying attention to it. Dunno how/if he's still involved with the xinternet.comx site... as an investor, writer, backer, employee, owner, formerly or presently, or what. But FONELY EYED bought some shares of that xintmx in July and it gave a tripler recently, after FONELY IDA bought some too.
