There seem to be two major classes of "shorts", when you talk about the combination of target and trader.......

1. Good target, over-valued company, risk inherent in market cap, short position results from wisdom.

2. Lies, fear-mongering, deep pockets connected to dimwit shoot-from-the-hip brains, good companies without near-term divers.

Why aren't these lines blurred more frequently?
