The revenue multiple seems low, particularly if China starts to adopt CDMA. In that case, a multiple of 3 or even 3.5 might not be out of line. By the way, does anyone know when the proposed stock split will take place? I know that it is contingent on the shareholder vote scheduled for December 20, but when does the split become effective?
