For the record...I project that TOUP will begin a up trend no later than Dec 1, 99. At first this will not be based on any published information. I also project that into the early part of the first Qt. of 2000.....when the stock is almost $2.00...you will see why the up turn has happened. From now until the end of year .....my crystal ball says maybe $1.00 range. Most stockholders are now holding position and the day traders are washed out .... we hit bottom and now....only one way to go! I am long on TOUP....any others on SI feel the same or have you guys gone to the bull?
