NT: Think about it. Couldn't Nissan refuse to sell their cars to GM at a preferential price to protect their future markets. When Nissan was introducing just one color (brown) sedan GM could have purchased their entire US export output in a month. I'm sure Nissan wasn't obliged to sell their car to GM a competitor at any price. I am not sure that MSFT was obliged to sell their O/S to IBM a competitor in the same business. JFD
