Oh, you are forgiven. Indeed, you were always forgiven.
Which holiday spirit are you trying to get into? [No, I didn't mean THAT kind of spirit! <g>] I'm trying hard to stick with the Thanksgiving holiday spirit and let Christmas wait. Which is hard, with all the stores already having their Christmas decorations up, but I try hard to ignore those until December 1st.
Oh, for all those who know me -- all three kids will be home from college tomorrow, God willin' and the creek don't rise (and the ferry don't sink). The girls have to fly up on a charter since there is no other way to get them home and back from the boonies their college is in for such a short vacation. But a front is coming in, so we're just praying that the charter can get in before the weather closes down. It's only a little Piper, and wind gusts are forecast for up to 50 knots, and Friday Harbor only has a single airstrip without instrumentation, so we're doing a bit of hoping and praying here. Anybody who cares to hope or pray or think kind thoughts or whatever suits your fancy is warmly invited to do so. |
