I would be careful. Much of the book value is inventory. I would investigate how much of that book value is wasting away in a warehouse somewhere. Perfume has a finite shelf life; someone mentioned once here, but I forgot what that shelflife was. When it's too old, kiss some book value goodbye.

I would be curious to see if anyone can figure the above item out. If the inventory they currently have is small, then I might be inclined to buy back in. But if it's not perfume, what assets do they have contributing to their book value besides cash?
