I'm just a lurker too and long on javc. Looks to me as though this sale took place last Dec. and there simply was never any news on it. Wonder why? They didn't get much money for the sale...sold at a loss, I think. Can't tell if the sale was of their bakery operations or coffee shops. Don't know who or what the new outfit is. However, my experience has been that when something plumets this badly--84% from my price of .60, that it's nearly always worth while to buy some more. Should have sold soon as it hit 20% loss, but having not done so, may recoup something by averaging down bigtime. Am going to call the co. in a.m. and see if I can get any more info. cima
