How about a discussion about the outlook of the industry: Would the popularity of web sites diminishes the need for help desk software as customers start to use web sites to communicate with companies? What are Remedy's competitive advantages compared to VNTV, CLFY, SCOP or ATEA? Why does the market value it at premimum valuation (10x revenue vs much lower others)?
